'Excellent hotel and staff! The room had a sticky desk, fingerprints and a few crumbs on small chair table, and the shower floor is peeling. Toilet must be leaning a bit because one side is higher. Upon arrival, balcony door was slightly open and unlocked and the air conditioning was off so it was like a sauna in the room. Once that was fixed, all was fine! Shuttle was good and fast. 'Great hotel close to the airport. I stayed here for a night because my flight landed quite late at Entebbe. I was picked up at the airport and had a comfortable stay after a long flight. It made my transition into Uganda quite easy.'
