Hot tub, golf views, sleeps 10 — 400m from Lough Erne

Dovecote Retreat is a detached four-bedroom house on the grounds of Lough Erne Resort, County Fermanagh, sleeping up to ten guests. The house has its own private hot tub and looks straight out over the Castle Hume driving range, with Lough Erne Golf Resort — home to the Faldo Course and the Castle Hume Course — roughly 400 metres away. For a golf group, this is as close as it gets without staying in the hotel.

It`s also a genuinely lovely house. The kitchen is a proper working kitchen with deep grey shaker units, a full-size oven and hob, and a breakfast bar. The separate dining room has full-height glazing on two aspects and a marble-topped table seating eight. The living room is generous, with a feature fireplace, media wall and large HD TV.

There are four bedrooms and five beds. On the ground floor, a double bedroom with its own W/C. Upstairs, a king-size bedroom with en-suite, a bedroom with two double beds, a further double bedroom, and a family bathroom with a freestanding bath and shower.

Outside, the private hot tub sits on a screened patio alongside driveway parking, an enclosed lawn and outdoor seating. The hot tub is drained, cleaned and refilled between every stay.

Enniskillen town is around ten minutes by car for restaurants, pubs and Enniskillen Castle Museum. Lough Erne is on the doorstep for boat hire and Devenish Island, and Marble Arch Caves are about 25 minutes south.

Please note that the only bath and shower facilities are on the first floor, so the property is not fully step-free.
