    Almost New + Sea Lake Views
    Every Guest is welcomed with a bottle of SA wine chocolate.
    Located at the end of a very quiet cul der sack, this near new property (built in 2010) is a peaceful place to enjoy a relaxed holiday in beautiful Encounter Bay. It has the bonus of sea views through to Victor Harbour.
    The property has three bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry, and separate toilet with laminate floorboards throughout. The open plan kitchen/living room opens onto a large north facing covered deck which offers great views to the hills and sea. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a filtered water tap. The furniture in the main living area has a beachy feel to get you in the holiday vibe from the minute you walk in the door.
    The main bedroom has sliding doors to a deck and wonderful views to the willow trees along Jagger Lake. There is a wall mounted TV so you can enjoy a lie in while watching your favourite show (or let the kids into the main bedroom and they can watch Tv while adults enjoy the big screen TV in the main living area).
    The main living area opens up to a big deck (complete with roof for all weather use and a fan for warmish days/nights). The deck is finished with two timber lounge chairs with foot stools, a coffee table, a dining table and benches and a BBQ for outdoor cooking. It has recessed halogen lights for nighttime entertaining. Leading from the deck is a board walk up to the rear yard a great space for your dogs to play.
    All bedrooms have stainless steel ceiling fans. The house also has reverse cycle air conditioning. Slimline roller blinds and timber flooring give the house a contemporary feel.
    With views from the deck, living area and two bedrooms to Jagger Lake (which attracts loads of bird life), this home will appeal to couples and families. It is comfortable, peaceful, quiet and relaxing: the perfect get away!
    Other facilities include 40 HD LED LCD flat screen TV, DVD with home theatre, Foxtel, books, CDs, DVDs, and a comfortable lounge with a chaise. We have now added an Apple TV and included subscriptions to Netflix and Stan so you can watch unlimited free movies and TV series during your stay. You can also stream music through internet radio, watch music videos through Vemeo and activate your brain with an incredible range of TED talks.
    The reserve is less than 30 metres from the house, with the beach an 8 minute walk. A few minutes drive to the Beach House on Franklin Parade, and 5 minutes will get you to Victor Harbor. The excellent Encounter Bay boat ramp is about 2 minutes drive.
    Linen for all beds is supplied.

An awesome pet friendly house close to the bluff

Really happy with my stay at this property. Awesome location close to everything yet still peaceful and natural with the local lake. Had issues with the door lock upon arrival which was quickly rectified in a friendly manner. Cant wait to stay here again.

I liked the view of the lake it was very tranquil. It was easy to relax knowing my dog was in a secured place and had places to explore I could tell she was happy too.

Lake view getaway

The property is very clean and has everything you need. Pet friendly with secure yard. Stunning views from all living areas and decking overlooking the lake with endless birdlife. Lovely walking trail around lake. The beds are so comfortable. Short drive to shops and beach. Highly recommend.

Christmas at krill crt

Property was clean and very welcoming. Wine and chocolates left out for us. Linen on beds was extremely soft and comfortable. It was such a peaceful spot to have christmas day. The view of the little lake was lovely and the kids enjoyed feeding the ducks daily. Very quiet location and hosts were great from booking until checking out. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again soon

Have stayed here before. Stayed here again as was happy with last stay. Petlet stayed in contact with us, which was great. Spotlessly clean. Good location. Was advised we coild check in early, which we were very greatful for, as had 2 dogs to think about. House had everything u needed for a great stay. Nice peaceful area. Would highly recommend. 4 NIGHT SHORT BREAK

Lovely location, clean, comfortable, had everything u needed. Had 2 dogs with us, & dog run was secure & great. Internet a bit slow, had trouble with Stan & Netflix, TV Channels working OK. PETLET great, helping/ keeping in touch. We are in our 70's so maybe our knowledge of electronics is a bit to be desired. Would recommend to others especially if u are OK with electronics as everything is there for u.

A Piece of Paradise

Beautiful quiet and peaceful property, very clean, great to be able to take our fur kids and have them inside with us. Bottle of wine and block of chocolate waiting for us on our arrival added a special touch. Loved sitting out on the deck overlooking the lake watching the birdlife, we had such a lovely relaxing stay.

Perfectly adequate holiday house

Comfortable bed & lounge. Good kitchen appliances, a/c & TV. Easy flooring to keep clean. Compact & minimalistic. Great view from the back decking. Good yard for our dog. If you're running or riding be aware that you have to climb a hill to get home!

We really enjoyed our stay , as a pet friendly stay it was ideally located near the lake and beach

We loved it here the burdlife and sunsets were beautiful.we will be back

Couldnt fault place except double bed needs a mattress topper as can feel the slats,maybe queen also as a very firm bed but overall lovely stay.

Clean and comfortable home. Easy to access, quiet and peaceful. Sit out on the deck and watch the birds on the lake or listen to the croaking of the frogs. Everything you need for a quiet holiday with your precious pets.

Very nice accommodation, great heater for the cold weather! My small dog enjoyed the garden and deck. Very efficent and comprehensive information provided, made it so easy to access and find amenities around the area. Definitely arranging further holidays!!

Clean and comfortable.

The house was fine for our two day stay. Unfortunately it was a long way from town center which meant driving to everything. In saying that we discovered The Bluff nearby and enjoyed walking to the top and taking in the magnificent views. Definitely recommend the walk across to Granite Island. The bed was comfy, house warm and a great TV. Just don’t forget your towels.
