'If you plan on staying here during the summer, it would be better to stay somewhere else. The hotel is modern, the staff is nice - but it gets so hot in the room that I don’t even know how the authorities can allow it. You will feel like a left behind dog in a car in a parking lot in the middle of the summer. It is like a sauna, but one where you can’t breath. I would have gladly paid for airconditioning if they had it.'

'Rooms where realy clean, we did habe an issue with the shower in one room but this was quickly resolved and the lady behind reception could not apologise enough I will stay there again great service and very welcoming! '

'Goed uitgerust hotel in het midden van Zabrze. Leuk stadje trouwens, veel industrieel erfgoed. Hotel heeft terras en ligt aan groot plein in centrum. Goede airconditioning, en behulpzaam personeel.'

'Looks like average chain hotel... but I travelled with "extra" children. Hotel was very nice about that. No extra charges, gave us a bigger room. Very friendly atmosphere, great breakfast (!) and staff, free parking. Super nice receptionist and I think it was a super nice owner taking care of each detail on the breakfast shift. I travel a lot, I'm spoiled but not often I feel that I want to comment good things ;) '
