Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und ruhig. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, es fehlte nichts. Wir wurden sehr freundlich vom Vermieterehepaar empfangen. Der Ausblick auf den Kanal (Alter Graben) mit einer Tasse Ostfriesentee trug zur Entschleunigung bei.

Wir waren im Dezember in der Ferienwohnung. Alles war wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ideal, nicht weit in die Stadt und auf den Weihnachtsmarkt, wo es viele leckere Sachen gab. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Wohnung
Zu Fuß ist die Stadt sehr gut zu erreichen. In der Wohnung haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schöner Ausblick auf den Kanal. Netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Diese Fewo ist zu empfehlen sehr zentral gelegen trotzdem sehr ruhig, schöner Garten ideal für unseren Hund,netter Vermieter ,einziges manko die Wohnung ist sehr kalt wir waren ende september / Oktober da ohne Heizung geht es da nicht. Wir kommen gerne wieder Gruss P. Müller

Schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage
Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und entsprach der Beschreibung bei FeWo. Die Lage in Emden ist absolut zentral. In max. 5 Minuten waren wir in der Innenstadt zum Einkaufen oder Abendessen (natürlich Fisch oder Meeresfrüchte). Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit (z. B. beim Zahlungsproblem über FeWo). Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Emden würden wir die Wohnung wieder mieten.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in unserer Wohnung. Sie ist gut ausgestattet von der Küche bis zum Bad. Mit Schränken aus dem 18 Jahrhundert.Handtücher im Bad waren vorhanden sowie auch die Bettwäsche. Die Wohnung liegt in sehr ruhiger lage und ist nur 500 meter von der Innenstadt entfernt.
