'Heat in the room did not work. Large crack in the bathtub. Pillows were awful. Room was clean. '

Pretty sure the cleaning staff lived in the room next to me and her husband/boyfriend came rolling in the parking lot with a semi truck at 11:00 at night. Her and her kids were super loud most of the night.....bratty little kid that talked terrible to his mother. Lighting in room was horrible. No coffer for the coffee maker. TV did not work very well as the internet connection was not good over WIFI. Swimming pool area was...

'Rooms are dated but the staff is nice'

'The room was dirty had live roaches everywheres the whole room needed to be redone there was black tape everywheres the bathroom door was all ripped up the tub was nasty as i have ever seen one the ac unit was barely working the person behind the counter was rude not only to me but a couple other people that whole motel needs to be shut down and either remodeled or thrown down the front door to the roon didnt shut all the way someone needs to go out there and completely shut it down '

'It was easy enough to get the room and check in. Our room, however, was not clean. Someone’s left overs were in the fridge. There were boogers or something on one of the walls. The bathroom and shower needed some bleach.'
