Villa 'Ma-Nita' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Villa Ma-Nita is located between Valencia and Alicante in the quiet Monte Pego residential area, at the end of a cul-de-sac.



The main floor (upper level) is accessed via an external staircase and features a living and dining room, a kitchen with dishwasher, a master bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with a French bed, a bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet, and a second bathroom with toilet and bathtub. From the living and dining area, you reach the main terrace, which is partly covered. Here you will find a pool (8 x 4 meters, usable year-round, unheated), a dining table, six chairs, six sun loungers, and an outdoor shower with hot and cold water.



The lower floor is accessible via a separate entrance (no internal stairs) and offers a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with toilet and shower.



German and Spanish TV channels are available. A washing machine and dryer are provided.



There is a carport for one car; a second car can be parked in front of the carport.



The house is for your exclusive use. Dogs are allowed. Smoking indoors is not permitted.



Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests booked.
