High speed internet means you can work remotely easily and watch all the streaming content from home or abroad on the 55" TV centrally mounted in the indoor living area.

The eco-friendly design of the property means that the impact to the environment is low with a low carbon footprint. Water is reclaimed to feed the gardens while a water purification system means no bottles or plastics that could end up in the ocean or landfill. A back up gas generator is also provided but the house is maintained on the electrical grid to provide stable and reliable power.
