One star cause you cant leave zero...Front desk staff were jusp plain unhappy people, ive been to 4 other hotels and none kept monry for incidentals. Front desk help kept telling me even though my room was paid for i still had to put a deposit down and i said for what...he said you know anytime you rent a house or apartment you have to put a deposit down in case you tear something up...if he had said for incidentals id have know what he meant. Then when i check out she gives me a reciept showing they were giving my $100 back and it would be in my acount in 5 to 7 business days. I needed that money. The bed was the hardest ive slept on in my life...could barely move the next morning, went down for breakfast and it was cold cereal or coffee...i chose coffee, the only two smikes in the entire building was the wonderful lady cleaning rooms and mine smiling back at her saying thank you...will never stay in another Super 8. Should have known what i was in for when i saw the condom vending maching in the front lobby next to check in.
