This elegant two-story penthouse offers a bright and spacious environment for up to six people, with two double bedrooms, a comfortable double sofa bed, and plenty of space to relax.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances.

It also features two full bathrooms. One has a whirlpool tub and the other has a shower.

You can enjoy two private terraces with seating and lounge areas, perfect for breakfast outdoors or a drink at sunset.

Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, and enjoy cooking in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with a blender, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, essential cooking utensils, dishwasher, freezer, kettle, microwave, refrigerator, oven, etc.


The bathroom is stocked with shampoo, shower gel, cleaning supplies, and a hair dryer.

Fresh towels and bed linens are provided, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

El Burgo de Osma is a 35-minute drive from Soria, 20 minutes from the Fortress of Gormaz, and 25 minutes from the Cañón del Río Lobos Natural Park.

Although the penthouse does not have air conditioning, the natural ventilation and design keep the space comfortable.

Heating is provided by a gas boiler system, ensuring warmth during the colder months.
It should not be set above 22°C, which we believe is the ideal temperature for your stay.


Please note that the property is a duplex, accessible by stairs. Access to the apartment is via the stairs, as there is NO ELEVATOR.

The accommodation has two bedrooms. Room layout:
1- Bedroom with a double bed
2- Bedroom with a double bed
3- Sofa bed in the living room that sleeps two additional guests.

The accommodations are equipped with:

- Two towels per guest
- Cleaning kit
- Complimentary coffee
- Toilet paper rolls: 2
- Kitchen paper roll

Please note:
- The apartment is located on the third floor, and the building does not have an elevator.
- The street where the property is located is pedestrian-only, so it is not possible to reach the door by car.
Additional guest after check-in: 60€/day.

The guest must clean the apartment; otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.

Pets are allowed for a fee of 50€ per stay, provided they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds or sofa out of respect for future guests. Additional pet after check-in: 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. This will result in a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of neighboring residents must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is mandatory to complete the guest registration form as required by Spanish accommodation authorities, providing your DNI or passport information via the link we will send you.

Damage to the following items will incur the following charges:
10 € for small towels
20 € for large towels
10 € for sheets
30 € for a duvet cover

In the event of damage to or breakage of the lock on the entrance door to the accommodation, result in a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or failure to return any key or remote control for the accommodation or garage will incur a charge of 60 euros.

Any damage occurring during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always enter the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can resolve.

We are not responsible for any personal belongings left in the accommodations.
