Het personeel leek ook op hun laatste benen te lopen of ze kende geen glimlach of aardige communicatie. In het restaurant waren 2 mensen heel aardig, maar toonde ook moe. 1 barman was top, de andere waren ook moe of waren gewoon niet echt mensen met een smile. Verder fijn hotel en zwembad. 'The balcony view is just amazing. It's located not far for the city center (BUT it is a good climb up). Which means that on a sunny day it's a killer! But then you see that amazing sunset view and forget all about again. '

'The balcony view was spectacular. The apartment/room was smaller that expected, did not have 2 beds but a full bed and a couch. The area was quiet and clean. The 24 hours "concierge" was not there, we did not find the manager when we needed it. '

'Apartment is small and quite dark as its on the ground floor, but this meant it was cool even on very hot days. It's really well equipped with everything we needed. The only slight issue we found was the bells from the clock tower 50yards away, they start at 6am and stop at 10pm. Didn't cause us issues as we wake up early but not great for those who want a lie in. Location is perfect just a few mins walk to the small back streets with great restaurants and close to the harbour.'
