Auch wegen des Ausblicks vom Grundstück in das Tal und der ruhigen und sonnigen Hanglage ist das Domizil beliebt. Bei diesem Ferienobjekt handelt es sich um eine romatische Unterkunft. Zur alleinigen Nutzung stehen zur Verfügung: Liegewiese, Sonnenschirm, Sonnenliege, Grillmöglichkeit, Terrasse und Gartenmöbel.


Location
Eger, district of Eger. The holiday house is located on a 900 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. From June to September, concerts take place next to the house on the stage. Sample the best wines from the Eger wine region in the nearby Szépasszonyvölgy with 200 wine cellars. Access is via a mountain road (rubble or gravel). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property. Electric cars can be charged at the socket by prior arrangement.

The entrance to your holiday home is on the ground floor, is level and leads directly into the open-plan kitchen-living room. It is separated from the parking deck by one step.
Ground floor: Living room (20 sqm) with seating area, TV, dining area (6 places) and access to the terrace. All windows and exterior doors are fitted with insect screens. 2 bedrooms each (18 sqm) with 1 double bed (king size), access to the terrace and a private bathroom with hot tub and shower. American-style kitchen (10 sqm) with TV, electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (214 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, capsule machine, toaster, access to the terrace and the kitchen is located in the same open space as the living room and dining area. 1 bottle of wine (chosen from the wines on the wall) as a gift, as well as chocolate, coffee and tea provided. On the rear terrace, a barbecue and sun loungers ensure guests’ comfort. All windows and exterior doors are fitted with insect screens. 2 bathrooms each (18 sqm) with whirlpool bath, shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, 2 bathrobes, window, and we provide towels (2 per person), bath mat, hotel slippers, shampoo/shower gel, bath salt, body lotion, cotton buds, cotton pads, nail file and hair tie. All windows and exterior doors are fitted with insect screens.
1st floor: Gallery in the open-plan kitchen-living room (15 sqm) with the panoramic sauna accessible via a spiral staircase, with an anteroom and a resting bench in front of it.
Attic: Living/bedroom (15 sqm) with 2 extra beds on a sofa bed, seating area and in the gallery area there is a reading/working corner, where the fold-out sofa with its own mattress offers a comfortable sleeping option for a further 2 people. Thus the bed is not in the ground-floor living room, but located on the gallery, which can be reached by a spiral staircase.
