« Excellent for.business folks, not families. No meal service-just frozen or snacks. Set TV volume at top (79) - couldn’t hear clearly. Reported Day 1 & not fixed 4 days later at checkout. Bar wat staff stood outdoors on a phone instead of taking our orders, so made popcorn & one frozen dinner. Great city to visit or do business, but suggest not Aloft for families. Just sleep here & eat somewhere else »

« This was probably the worst hotel I’ve ever stepped foot in, we checked out faster than we checked in, everything was filthy from the first step into the building, the furniture was broken and dirty, the carpet was stained all over, the floors were sticky and the whole place smelled awful, I could keep going but the list would never end. DO NOT STAY HERE, RUN FAR AWAY! »

« The pool was not opened they said that the pump was broken. So that was a bummer. Not to mention that the TV did not work either. Whenever I complained about the TV they said there was nothing they could do. I did ask the switch room so we can have a TV any. When I was showering the shower head came off and hit me the head. But the worst thing was the way the staff were so rude. We used to stay here all the time that used to be a nice place :-( »
