'Our key cards failed every single time. The staff made it like we were inconveniencing them by needing new ones. The elevators are very slow. The bathrooms are a bit run down. However, housekeeping was very pleasant. Unsure if we’d stay here again.'

'Didn't like the shower.It was not within a bathtub and sprayed across the floor. It was also only handheld.'

'Solo-traveler. As a pet owner I loved seeing the dog treats at the front door. Staff were very friendly, and efficient. Nice simple breakfast included. Close to several good restaurants in walking distance. Loved the big smart TV in the room.'

'Overall, a great place to stay. Especially convenient for travelers passing through, with easy access to roads connecting the Edmonton area. Shops and restaurants are also close by.'

'Easy and very friendly check-in. Beds were super comfy and room was very clean. The only downside is that the breakfast is not a 'hot' breakfast. There is no meat or eggs, and the waffles are prepackaged for the toaster. The breakfast was great for a continental breakfast, just don't come expecting eggs, sausage or hash browns.'

'Very good, rooms clean, breakfast great and amazing staff. Only complaint AC in room rattled so hard had to turn it off or would not have been able to sleep. Mostly business travellers and families. Clientele not shady.'

'The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast had a variety of breakfast options. The kitchen in our room was very helpful to reducing spending money on restaurants dining during our 9 days vacation.'

'Great location. Close to all basic food and shopping requirements. Clean place and large size rooms. Only issue is outdated aircon which is not cold enough during hot days.'
