In het oude centrum!
Een super locatie in het oude centrum. Je moet geen hekel hebben aan trappen, maar heel Edinburgh bestaat uit hoogteverschillen :) Het hotel / ons appartement is een echte aanrader. Goede service en mooie kamers. Top!

Fantastisch appartement met service
Old Town Chambers is zeer centraal gelegen in de oude stad, met veel bezienswaardigheden en winkels op loopafstand. De inrichting is keurig en comfortabel. Het keukenblok bevat alle apparatuur. Het personeel bij de receptie is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeer goede accomodatie !

Helemaal in de sfeer van het oude schotland.
Ontzettend mooi hotel,zeer goed gelegen,aardige mensen. In je kamer binnenkomen is echt een "wow"momentje! Volledig ingericht en uitgerust met alle voorzieningen die je kunt bedenken.Prettig verrast! Zou er kunnen ( willen ) wonen! Dit geld voor mijn hele gezin. Goede prijs/kwaliteit. Een aanrader!!!

Leuke stedentrip
Het hotel voldeed meer dan aan de verwachtingen! Erg mooie ruime appartementen met een hotel gevoel. Elke dag netjes schoon. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Fantastische locatie. Wat mist is een receptie. Als je aankomt kan je niet naar binnen omdat de deur met een code beveiligd is. Dan moet je maar hopen dat er iemand is die open doet. Kan ook zijn dat er bij ons niemand zit omdat we om 0900 voor de deur stonden terwijl check in om 1500 is.

Zeer comfortabel bij de Royal Mile
Een geweldig comfortabel hotel van alle gemakken (smart tv, wifi, nespresso, ijskast, wasmachine, etc.) voorzien. Zeer fraai en compleet ingericht. Van harte aanbevolen! Er is echter een ding waar potentiële gasten rekening mee moeten houden. Je moet in staat zijn om met bagage trappen te lopen. Door de ligging ontkom je daar niet aan, maar als je dat kunt zullen er maar weinig betere accomodaties voor Edinburgh zijn.

We zijn een week in Edinburgh in het old town chambers geweest. Super locatie aan de royal mile, vriendelijk personeel en prima uitgerust, luxe appartement. We kunnen het iedereen aanbevelen!!

Gorgeous property located right on Royal Mile. St Giles Cathedral directly across the street. Room was very modern and extremely comfortable and clean. Was also very quiet especially for being located right on Royal Mile.

We had an excellent stay at Cheval Old Town Chambers. The area around the hotel is safe and convenient - it's location is perfect for exploring Edinburgh. The accommodations were perfect - a full kitchen and in-room laundry was very helpful. The staff were particularly great - very friendly and helpful.

Love this place!! This hotel is absolutely a dream come true. It was our second time staying at the Old Town Chambers. We loved our stay so much the first time that we knew we wanted to come back for our honeymoon. It's honestly my favorite hotel that I've ever stayed at in any location. To begin with, all the rooms are apartments. Each apartment is beautifully decorated with everything you could need while traveling (stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, etc.). The apartments are gorgeously designed & make you feel at home instantly. The beds are super comfy & the showers have great water pressure. Very relaxing. The hotel is right in the heart of Old Town. It takes 2-minutes to walk to restaurants, shops, and cafes. If you're in town for Hogmanay, the hotel's location is absolutely perfect. It took us less than 5-minutes to walk to any of the New Year's Eve celebrations. The hotel amenities are also fantastic. They have a gym, beautiful restaurant right by the lobby, & give you very generous portions of shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The staff are also very kind, thoughtful, & helpful. They gave us tons of great recommendations for restaurants & places to go, & they wrote us a handwritten welcome note. Overall, we adored our stay & highly recommend this hotel to travelers. It's truly the best. When I think of a happy place I think of our time at this hotel & the happy memories my partner & I made during our visit to Scotland. This hotel is very special.

Perfect location close to weaverly train station, right off the Royal Mile and easy access / walkable to most sites. The stairs could be problematic but mostly avoidable if needed. Would recommend and return. The restaurant connected to the lobby offered a delicious breakfast.

Absolutely perfect experience. The two bedroom appt was perfect for our needs and was palatial compared to London. Super comfy beds and amenities. Perfectly located on the royal mile, just a few mins walk directly to the castle. Blew away our expectations, was the best hotel we stayed in during our 5 week trip around the UK.

My apologies if the apartment was found cold on your arrival, our housekeeping puts a standard temperature when prepping the apartment for the arrival, unfortunately the thermostat wasn't set correctly and this caused the heating not to be on on your arrival. Great apartments, super central. Reason why I did not give five stars is because they forgot to replenish our bath and hand towels the first night. I had to physically go to reception to get some and luckily they had some in stock. Also slippers were advertised to be in the room, but again these were missing. But otherwise I would stay again.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at hotel. Our Apartment was spotless. We loved how you could message via the hotel app for anything we needed and they responded instantly. Staff were very helpful and friendly 😄👍. Definitely would recommend highly. We will stay here again in the future.

I am so glad I chose Cheval Old Town Chambers to take my family to Edinburgh. The staff were excellent, the room was indeed like a small apartment, and it was right in the heart of all the old town attractions. The apartment was well equipped with everything you needed to make a meal or snack when you didn't want to go out.

Stayed here for 4 days with my parents and we agree that this is one of the best place that we had ever stayed. The location was great, walkable from the train station though if you’re travelling with large luggages, it may be best to get a taxi instead as the walk is uphill to get to the apartment. The staffs were friendly and helpful and the amenities provided were great. Do prepare to walk up the steps but I believe that is the charm of Edinburgh and it’s enjoyable without lugging the luggages. 😁
