'We stayed, in a luxury condo unit last week. Overall had a positive experience. The location in general is great! Very close to restaurants, shopping, and things to do. The beach/boardwalk access is a HUGE plus. I would expect this property to be even better during peak season! Outdoor pool areas and the sun deck are all well kept and in good shape. The walking paths around the property are great as well. The condo kitchen had everything we needed, which made the stay so much easier. The staff...

'Front desk did not answer the phone. Pillows thrown at the bottom of the bed- no pillow cases on them. A pair of socks had been left on a shelf. Shampoo and lotion pumps almost empty. No hot water- barely warm in the shower. Of the 3 front desk employees we had contact with, only one was pleasant. Need to get their act together.'

Was disappointing to find out the town was doing work on the beach.So it was non accessible, you could access it through a shuttle to an open beach.But did not wanna do that, miss being able just to walk out on the beach. 'Property location was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast, the best in town. Room was clean and renovated. I would rate this hotel 5* but they missed one important item to replace during renovations. That shower head was just awful. '

'Hotel nice actually, better than the Savannah Hyatt. Room was modern and bed comfy.
Staff friendly. There is a washer and dryer for guest use and its convenient when it works.
Continental breakfast and coffee good. Coligny beach park only 6 min drive. Pretty much close to everything. I dont know about the smell some people mention but my room was fine. Would stay here again.
