'There are certain things we expect to find in a motel room. A suitcase rack or bench to keep your suitcase off the floor and off the bed. None in our room and apparently none in any of the rooms. We used the ironing board. Risky. For the two of us, elderly, we only had a small computer chair and a straight back chair, most motels offer a soft overstuff chair. So no place for one person to sit except on the bed. Not enough lighting in the room. Difficult to adjust the room thermostat. And the...

'Room is located in casino and we exptected a spacious and comfortable room and that’s what we got. On site there were great restaurants and bars and of ourse lot’s of gambling. Great stay for 1 night'

'Overall, the staff was great and we had a very pleasant experience'

'I stay here whenever I come to St. Louis because I know that I'll get a great room that's clean, a friendly innkeeper and his dog, and an excellent breakfast to start my day! The location is in a neighborhood right across from Benton Park. Street parking is easy peasy.'

'Very fresh and new.'

'We waren er op een vrijdag terwijl er een honkbal wedstrijd was, dus het was erg druk in het hotel. Zeker bij het ontbijt was het zoeken naar een tafeltje. Voor de rest een prima kamer.'

'Some remodeling Room was clean, ceiling Sheetrock tape separated'

'Clean room, helpful staff'

'The room was clean, the property was convenient to everything and well maintained. The happy hour was a pleasant surprise. When we travel back to the area I will definitely stay here again.'

'Great service, very friendly. The breakfast layout was magnificent'

'We sliepen als niet-rokers op een rokers kamer. Dat was heel jammmer en de geur van het roken ging helemaal in onze kleren zitten. Dat was jammer.'

'N/A'

'The hotel room was dirty and dingy. There was old food left in the fridge and it smelled rancid. The toilet seat was left up and it looked like someone had just used the bathroom when we first got in the room. They gave us a new room, which I appreciate but the other one we got was still dirty feeling. The walls are stained, there’s old paint drops everywhere from crappy repairs. There was dust and grime on a lot of things. The finishes on the wood and lamps wet coming off. Just really needs...

'Conditioner would not pump anything out and even trying to take it out of the holster was impossible. And the pool was freezing cold. I thought it was a heated pool. Other than that, everything else was excellent.'
