An iconic local building, the Wesley is a recently restored church, located in the heart of Echuca. The Wesley is a destination in itself - immaculately renovated, the property is the ideal choice for groups wanting a luxurious and spacious home away from home.
The Space:
Inside there is the downstairs central living area with huge kitchen and dining, central TV and lounge, as well as a bar. Flowing through to outside, you'll find undercover BBQ and dining, as well as an in ground pool. This home does not accept pets.
There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs, including the huge master suite.
Upstairs you'll find a cozy second living area (with gas log fire), and two bedrooms with their own bathrooms.
The bedding configuration of this property is:
Master: king with ensuite and TV
Bedroom 2: queen
Bedroom 3: queen with ensuite (upstairs)
Bedroom 4: queen with ensuite (upstairs)
Bedroom 5: two singles
The standard sleeping capacity is ten guests. An extra two guests can be accommodated on rollaway beds on request.
There is also a central bathroom with bath, as well as an additional toilet towards the back of the house, with direct access to the pool area.
Before you enquire please note there are some strict booking conditions:
Guests will be required to be pre screened before booking the property.
The maximum number of guests allowed on the property is 12 at any given time.
There is a strict no party/noise policy in place.
STRICTLY NO PETS are allowed at this property. Guests will be evicted if pets are seen on the property.
A $1000 security deposit is required prior to arrival.
No noise and no party policy. A break of condition will result in guests being evicted immediately with no refund.
The home has exterior CCTV security surveillance - this system will be used if necessary to check on the home.
Echuca Holiday Homes is on hand 24/7 to ensure we can assist with any queries or issues you might have. We'll also ensure the house is either nice and cool or toasty warm for your arrival.

The Wesley has a two night minimum stay during most times of the year. Exclusions do apply.

Other Things to Note:
The Wesley owners request the following.
No gatherings at the home such as pre or post-wedding catchups.
No more than 16 people can be at the property at any given time and there is a maximum limit of 12 overnight occupants.
Guests must control and be responsible for visitors and ensure that visitors comply with the House Rules.
Guests are to visit for short periods and not stay all day using the property facilities.
