Welcome to the apartment "An der Wiesent"!   The very comfortable apartment for 2-3 persons is located on the ground floor of a well-kept detached house with a spacious sunny garden in a central residential area on the banks of the Wiesent. To town center is about 100 m; there are all the shopping for daily needs. A REWE food market is in the immediate vicinity.   The apartment is particularly suitable because of its convenient location for seniors. We are looking forward to your visit!Last renovation 2019

Apartment An der Wiesent:
The apartment is about 60 square meters. It has a private entrance with porch and is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen including modern electric kitchen appliances, microwave and dishwasher and a cozy sitting area. The bedroom has a double bed and in the living room a sofa bed (2x2m). The bathroom has a bath, shower and toilet, a hair dryer is available. An additional separate toilet provides another washing opportunity. A furnished covered terrace, sunbathing area, sun loungers and a private garage are available. Additional features: • Central heating • 2 flat-screen cable TV • Wi-Fi, radio, music system and telephone • Towels, bed and table linen are provided • Washing machine available if needed (not in the apartment)

Arrivals are possible from 13:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
