'We loved this spot! Loved being on the water and the apartment was cozy and clean with a comfortable bed. The dock was a favorite feature - a fantastic place to watch the sunset over the water. Our dogs also loved it and we are always so grateful for rentals that allow our furry family members! The space did have a bit of a musty scent fyi for those that are sensitive, but it didn't really bother us. We would recommend this rental and would definitely stay again!'

'We met the owner personally. He was very friendly. He answered all our messages almost immediately. The pool was refreshing and being able to pull up by boat was a plus. We were very comfortable. It was a quick bike ride to the beer fest we were attending. We also enjoyed meeting their pet cats! '

'My husband and I, and our 3 children stayed for a week for our oldest sons 10 th birthday! It's very well maintained with all the necessities of home, and a great location to the beach, all the shops, and park! '

'Excellent Stay'

'It was very clean. The king sized bed was surprisingly comfortable. The step in shower was a big plus. It was extremely close to many restaurants and stores (short walking distance). Comfortable porch to sit and people watch. Artsy Me just downstairs was super fun and our family painted our own pottery there. We visited Apalachicola for the first time with our adult daughter and the place was very accommodating for all 3 of us. '
