For a relatively new Embassy Suites property, these are the worst designed rooms we have stayed in. First, the lighting is very poor in all rooms, especially the bathroom and coffee bar area. Only one light in the bathroom and no lights in the coffee area. The living room is large, but the bathroom is so small you can barely turn around. The designer should have made the bathroom larger and living room smaller. Sheets on the bed were too small and kept coming off and the pillows were very uncomfortable. All in all, a very uncomfortable stay due to poor design and decor.

I recommended this hotel to our friend … they overlooked both our friends and our room - no new towels when we came back after leaving all day … they had completely skipped housekeeping.. when I went to front desk… they said they would send someone at 6 pm, so we purposely stayed in the lobby until 6:45 -to go back to nothing had been done - went to desk again and was basically told there was no staff to do our room - so I requested fresh towels … they brought them 15 min after - no refreshing room.. I was mortified that I recommended this hotel as they wanted to go to a cheaper one .. will bring this higher

I loved the property. The staff was very nice, professional, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to help with requests. When I arrived Expedia never booked my hotel stay. The staff was very nice and ended up finding me a room last minute. Luckily someone had just cancelled. The room was clean and I felt safe and secure. I was able to be on the same floor as my other family members. I would definitely, stay at this location again.

What a beautiful hotel. It is nice and clean, and well kept. I could not believe the breakfast it was by far the best Free breakfast I have ever seen at a hotel. They had everything you could want and they even had an omelette station made to order. They have a huge bar but it closed at 10pm so we were not able to use it since we checked in late. However, they had a little store in the hotel where you could buy snacks, drinks and even alcohol. There is a Ruby Tuesday within a 2 minute walk. I definitely recommend this hotel!

We enjoyer our stay and overall. However, we were inconvenienced by the need for a reservation time at the pool. We arrived at check in time but rooms were not available. We had a short wait. We had to wait for a pool time slot. That meant dinner was pushed back. By the time we went out to dinner we had a two hour wait at the restaurant. So just be aware, if you have kids that are looking forward to the pool they may not be able to swim. Also, the breakfast options are adequate, but not as tasty or fresh as a basic chain hotel.

We checked in over a busy weekend. The line at check in was long and rooms were not ready at 3pm. But it was the weekend of the eclipse. Our two rooms were ready by 5pm. We had one room at 3:30 and had a pool time for 4pm so it all worked out. Yes, this property requires your party to reserve a one hour pool time. That’s not always convenient. But it does keep the numbers down at the pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is just okay. There are options. Cereal, pastries, and hot foods. But I’ve had much better at lesser hotels. This hotel is a nice pick because of the suite style rooms. If you don’t need the extra space and prefer better breakfast, this might not be the best choice.

The service was great!! Our room was clean and I liked the set up. I appreciated the complimentary drinks (2) and breakfast was ok. I didnt like having to make a reservation to go swimming. Li.ited food available and not much for food in the vicinity.

The hotel is lovely, spacious and clean. The breakfast was pretty good. I did not eat dinner at the hotel, so I cannot comment on the restaurant other than the breakfast.
