'What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. So to find this fabulous property so close to my customer’s site was fantastic. Off street parking on the drive of the property means no hunting for a parking space. 'Its a pretty rundown hotel, shower pressure is very poor with very basic amenity in the bathroom. It’s unfortunately also not so cheap, but is cheapest you can find around Brighton. So for a one night stay over it does the job. Location next to Preston Park railway station makes it prime location! '
