« The property was perfect for the 3 of us and 2 friends joined us for thelast 4 day, and there was still plenty of room. The veranda overlooked a small stream with ducks, fish and a moorhen, right on the edge of a nature reserves with very easy access. 2 of the bedrooms had on suite bathrooms, whi h were snug but perfectly adequate. We were very happy with our stay. »

« This is a lovely place to stay. Stuart greeted us on arrival and the Loft was warm and cosy with everything we needed including a basket of treats and eggs for breakfast. There are lovely views of the grounds and countryside. Nice walks from the property and Rye is close by car. Would thoroughly recommend. »

« This was a place that was very well cared for. the owner was more than a hostess, she was cordially very willing to do anything possible to make the stay as pleasant as possible. I stayed here for several months due to work. My husband and children came at weekends to accompany me. This was such a relaxing environment to refuel and have quality time with the family. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wĂ€rmstens empfehlen. Alles ist fußlĂ€ufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Ein kleiner Minus Punkt sind die ParkplĂ€tze. Die meisten sind GebĂŒhrenpflichtig ca 13 Pfund am Tag. Wir hatten noch GlĂŒck und einen freien Parkplatz gefunden. »

"I would not book this hotel. It was the worst I have ever been in. Wanted to save on money but definitely not worth it. The bed sheets were not changed when we arrived. There were stains and hair. "
