Poor experience with Expedia. Got the complete runaround when trying to cancel one of three rooms. Bought insurance to prevent exactly this and got no where. Wonât book through them again. »

« The rooms look nothing like the pictures online. They are maybe 12x15 (what youâd expect in a cheap dorm). The A/C sounded like someone parked their Buick in your bedroom. The hallway and room smelled of old, painted-over smoke. And the breakfast was sparce and underwhelming. Not recommended. »

« Never replaced towels daily. Doesnât offer toothbrush or toothpaste.Rooms are dingy and old. Breakfast is ok. Pool facilities are ok. Management is nonchalant but one desk attendant was really nice . A young black guy. Would never stay at this hotel again. Only booked because of the shuttle bus to the hospital. Donât book because if the price . Spend that extra $20 and go somewhere better. Thank me later »

« This place is disgusting, seems to be a month to month living facility more than a Hotel. Honestly will never, suggest this place to anyone with a family.
I pre registered my rooms moths in advance to have rooms at least on the same floor. I showed up they had a room on the 2nd floor and a room in the 5th floor.
If you want quality service and a quality stay, this IS NOT the space for you »
