'The host experience was just fine. With a one-night stay, getting in late and leaving early, I didn't have high expectations of the host. Communication was good. The door code worked, once I figured out that of the two doors, only one had been programmed with it.As for amenities, they included an awful lot of crane flies (pretty sure I killed at least 50), a sour odor at the pantry, a super-loud window A/C unit in the bedroom, light switches that didn't work (though one turned the portable...

'Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and its convenient location near several Cleveland Clinics. Apartment was clean, great shower, WiFi and room for the four of us. Will check availability on future clinic visits.'

'This is a nice property, very clean, in a very old building. We have stayed here twice, first time high marks, but second time, a nightmare due to upstairs neighbors. Loud music at 6 a.m., tons of loud foot traffic above the bedroom for hours in the a.m. Unrelated, not a big deal, but the amount of bossy signage in the unit is offputting. There are directions posted on every square inch of wall space. I can recommend if you are not a light sleeper. '

'I really like this place. It’s quirky and on the third story. But I loved that. I’ve stayed in this neighborhood in Cleveland Heights before. There is a great little commercial area just a few blocks away with fantastic coffee, shops and restaurants. I’ll stay here again the next time I’m in Cleveland. I also really enjoyed the map theme that turned out to be an extra bonus. '

'We had issues getting in, the key pad worked but you had to lean against the door for it to unlock. We had to call and someone did come out to help us get in. The chair on the landing has broken slats so every time you sit down it makes a terrible noise. Beds were comfy but there should be extra blankets available in the winter months. Lots of steps and some are very steep, would be good to warn people. Worked great for our one night. '
