« Very welcoming hosts, lovely clean cozy room. The breakfast was freshly cooked using local products. Particularly to note the bacon was well above the normal Parking easy and a pleasant local pub within five minutes walk would highly recommend. »

« Property has an incredible view of the sea and takes just 1 minute to get down to a lovely quiet beach. Staff were really friendly. Bed was very comfy and shower worked really well. Water bottles and biscuits were dropped off each day outside our door. The breakfast included in the price of the room was really nice. »

« It made a change to have TWO chairs & TWO hand towels in the room Being over a pub remember it will be noisy until around 11.30pm Parking is a nightmare but the staff were very helpful »

« Lovely room. Ours was at the top, it was a hot night and heat rises! We did have the windows open but it’s quite a busy road so lots of road noise. The blind also let in a lot of light too and if light sensitive there was a bright green light shinning in the ceiling. Bed very comfortable as were the pillows. Restaurant packed and the food was good. I had the roast and my husband had the mutton curry - huge potions. Staff very helpful and smiley but rushed off their feet. »

« Upon arrival, the hotel was incredible, parking was easy, we was ealry to check in, however, we were made comfortable at the bar to unwind with some drinks prior. The garden was lovely, the spa facilities was beyond expectation, more so, the beer spa which we booked in for, was amazing. The staff were incredibly helpful and approachable, the food was outstanding, the best 3 course meal we've ever had. « Very friendly welcome to the hotel and a bonus to have separate beds for the children. Pub/restaurant was nice and had the added bonus of darts and a pool table. »

« Second time staying, a beautiful place tucked away just outside Norwich. Staff very friendly, my room in the cottage was lovely. Breakfast was ok, with a small choice but was adequate. You can go for a walk near the hotel but it is a very busy road with no pavements so take care. »

The food in the restaurant was excellent, as was the included breakfast: a wide range of options with high quality ingredients, generous portions and all cooked to perfection.
