'Lokatie was prima. Hygiëne liet te wensen over, vieze vloer bij aankomst, die wel direct werd schoongemaakt. Overal mieren in 2 kamer appartement. Geen verduisterende/dichte gordijnen slaapkamers, alleen vitrage. Alleen airco in woonkamer die onvoldoende slaapkamers meepakt. Kwalitatief erg teleurstellend voor de toch forse prijs per nacht. '

'The rooms are like small bungalows! So cute and unexpected. Mini kitchenette came with electric burner, tea kettle, all the necessities. Complimentary 2 bottles of water in fridge. Great amount of space for 4 people in the double bed room as well as a huge front balcony with table and chairs. I love that they provided beach chairs, complimentary bikes to ride, and of course the on site coffee bar which was delivered to our rooms in the morning. Super impressed.'

Not particularly a fan of leaving keys for anyone to pick up after office closes at 7 pm. Same with just dropping off keys in an unsecured drop box. '

'This is a sort of remodeled motor lodge on the bay side out on Montauk. I got the smallest room. It is nicely remodeled with a super comfortable bed. The kitchenette is fine. Bathroom nice and clean. The whole place is remodeled and nice, but it sits on the bones of an old motor lodge, so you can only do so much with that footprint.
