'The pool was cold. Hot tub was hot but none of the Jets worked. Nothing in the market hardly. Bar didn't have hardly any beer. Property could use some work.'

'Stayed for one night and wish we would’ve stayed longer. Everything was clean and tidy. Staff members were friendly and talkative. The history of the whole building was very unique and cute. 'The hotel is located along the beautiful Route 52, leading to Longwood Gardens. It’s a wonderful place to stay to when you want to visit this lovely botanical garden. Staff was helpful and engaging. It was great to have a good restaurant on site. The breakfast was typical, I would have liked it to be a bit more special. It was a good stay and I’m looking forward to returning. '

'I’ve stayed in Hiltons as an Honors member for many years. This particular Hilton does not meet the high standards of the other Hiltons where I have stayed. The elevators need replacement, as they are VERY slow.The toilet paper dispenser in my room was hanging crookedly so the roll kept sliding off. The oddly-placed hand sanitizer station in the middle of the hallway of my floor was broken and hanging by a thread. Hopefully, the hotel will fix these items and also embark on some major...

'I have stayed in many hotels over the years and can honestly say I have never encountered such a combination of basic failures in accommodations and service.First and most concerning, our room had no functioning heat, leaving the room uncomfortably cold throughout the night.
