Cayman Beach House sits directly on a white sand beach!

In the Tranquil & Peaceful East End of Grand Cayman Island, the Beach House sits directly on a gorgeous pure white sand beach with all major rooms overlooking the ocean. The pillars of a dock remain (Hurricane Ivan claimed the dock) and here, all the fish congregate, so there is great snorkeling. A Marine Biologist stayed with us recently, and told us she identified 21 different species of fish. You can also swim at this beach.

Cayman Beach House (floors 2-4) has the following configuration:

1. Master bedroom with King Size bed & ensuite on the 3rd floor. Large Terrace overlooking Ocean.
2 Master bedrooms with Queen sized bed and ensuite on the 2nd floor. Terrace overlooks the Ocean.

3. Third Bedroom has a Queen Bed and Bunk Beds does not overlook the ocean. Bathroom is right across the hall.

4. LOFT: Has a single daybed and is on the 4th floor accessible via a winding staircase. No dresser nor window and open to below. Ideal for teenagers.


Therefore, the Beach House itself holds up to 9 people, but a maximum of 6 adults and 3 teens or children (in the bunk beds & loft). If there are more adults, you would likely need to add additional bedrooms. (Again, it is based on availability -- please inquire before booking.)

Our Beach House is newly painted and decorated in an "elegant tropical" theme. There is a whirlpool on the deck (which is a Hot Tub between 6-9 p.m.) as well as a new swimming pool. We also have available for our guests to use (at no cost): 2 tandem Kayaks, 3 kayaks and 2 paddle boards.


The entrance to Cayman Beach House is very impressive and impossible to capture with a camera. The living room ceiling soars 3 stories! There is a lookout from the 2nd & 3rd floor down to the living room.


If you need more than 3 bedrooms, we can accommodate you, but you need to contact me for Rates & Availability. For this reason, if you are booking through VRBO, you will NOT be able to book anything other than the 3 bedroom + loft beach house for a maximum of 9 guests.


Many families request 4 bedrooms. If you look at the pictures of the living room, you will see a staircase going down. At the bottom of the staircase is a locked door,
behind that, a short hallway. When you reserve the 4th bedroom, which we call "Cozy Corner", we unlock the door at the bottom of the stairs as well as the door which leads off the left side of that short hallway. It is on the ground floor and also has it's own entrance. Rates for the additional bedroom and full bathroom (if you are booking the Beach House too) are approximately: $700 per week ($100 per night) during low season, $1000/ week ($150 / night) during high season, and $1500 week ( $225 / night) during Christmas season. These rates do not include the 13% tax and $50.00 cleaning fee.

IF you need 5 bedrooms, then our 1 bedroom apartment, called "Snuggle Beach" can connect to Cozy Corner. It has a direct walk-out to the beach and all rooms face the ocean. To summarize, renting Cayman Beach House, Cozy Corner and Snuggle Beach will give you 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

NOTE: All units are completely self contained with their own kitchens (except Cozy Corner, it has a kitchenette) and bathrooms. You will NOT be sharing your space with anyone except your own family members.

There is yet nother option! You can add a studio apartment with a queen bed and single bed to the Beach House. Remember the staircase leading down from the Beach House's living room? Behind that locked door was a hallway with Cozy Corner to the left. But there is also a locked door on the right side of that hallway, which leads to our studio, called "Blue Sea Hideaway."

This would give a little more privacy for family friends or parents, perhaps, who don't necessarily want to be with you 24/7. There are grab bars in the shower for our older guests.


If you are having a family reunion, or are down for a wedding, contact me and I'll do my best to make it work for all of you. We can also add our Cottage By The Sea.
The beach house, including all 3 units on the ground floor PLUS the Cottage by the Sea can hold up to 20 guests in total. Large groups require a $1000 damage deposit.

Our property manager is on-site regularly, quite often early in the morning. If you have any problems at all, need anything, have questions or need recommendations, Just ask! The property manager is your point of contact when you are on the island and will do everything possible to make sure your vacation is wonderful.

Although it sounds quite daunting with 5 units at the same location, if you read all the reviews you will see that no-one (in 15+ years of renting) has ever complained about it being crowded. Most guests are out and about during the daytime, exploring the island or scuba diving, then out for dinner at night. We have over 100' feet of beachfront, so there is no need to worry about being crowded.

And yes, the picture of the girl in the bikini was taken on our beach!
