'This is a very old building and we really loved the location. Everything we wanted to do was very walkable. The property is having some repairs done to the stairs up to the second floor which was good to see. The cleanliness of the tile and fixtures in the bath could use a bit more tlc. Loved the big tester bed and mattress was very comfortable.'

'This apartment is a good fit for Charleston: quaint but updated with modern necessities.
