'I can't for the life of me understand why the HP accessible rooms are the farthest from the elevator. Also, I thought the showers would be walk-in. How can a handicapped person step up and over the tub to take a shower? I also injured myself on the corner of the bed, leaving a bruise and a gouge in my leg. The room was nice, clean, and large, but not really HP friendly.'

'Such a great bathroom! Lots of counter space, pull out open-front drawers, hooks to hang towels, big door & sink mirrors, properly elevated sink faucet & decent size sink basin & great lighting! All pretty simple but so few hotels manage it!'

'Just a wonderful experience'

'Edited to meet posting guidelines: Close to shopping. Run down: hot water not available to rooms on the backside of the hotel. No plumbers on site. Ongoing issue. Safe in room locked. Locksmith not available onsite to open for new guests to use. Elevators breakdown miduse. Maintenance not available on site to remedy. Housekeeping available upon request only. Staff manually input room numbers. Cleaning missed as wrong room # written down. Breakfast is questionable. Eggs are made from powder....

'Clean, nicely maintained hotel in the heart of downtown West Chester'

'Comfortable bed'

'Ok for a quick stay, expensive for the state. Room is quite large'

'The room was absolutely boiling hot and there was no way to open a window or cool it down.'

'I have stayed in roughly a dozen hotels in and around Exton, this is the best I’ve been to. The staff is friendly, the rooms are quiet and comfortable, and the price is extremely reasonable. I would strongly suggest staying here if you have to book near here.'

'The hotel was oké, it needs some work. The room was great however the sofa bed was terrible. During the night we found out the toilet needed plumbing which made the room smell all night. They did help, so the second night was better. '

'I came down in the morning at 8 am, and: THERE WAS NOT ANY COFFEE! THERE WAS NOT ANY JUICES! THERE WAS NOT ANY YOGURTS! THERE WAS NOT ANY BAGELS! PRETTY MUCH -- THERE WAS ANY FOOD!!!! And when complain was made to the front desk, they response: "Ok"!! ELEVATOR: MY ROOM WAS ON THE 4TH FLOOR, AND I DECIDED TO TAKE ELEVATOR! Elevator stopped on each and every floor! Fine. BUT: WHEN IT FINALLY GOT TO THE FIRST FLOOR: IT STOPPED FOR A MOMENT AND **IMMEDIATELY** WENT UP. THIS TIME IT STOPPED ON...

'We had a good stay. Staff was amazing but the tub in the room wasn’t really clean had hair and the stopper was broken so had to use a washcloth to hold the stopper up not to collect water. The pull out sofa was uncomfortable and the blanket provided to go with it was not sufficient as my son was still cold. The heat stopped working on our last night there. The bistro and bar in the lobby were a plus and the kids enjoyed the pool!'

'A really nice, clean place with excellent staff. The on-location dining was fantastic. Location is in the heart of downtown and an easy walk to pretty much anything you need.'

'Geweldige entourage en super vriendelijk personeel. Kregen een hele mooie kamer toegewezen (bruidssuite?!) waarin we 100 jaar terug in de tijd leken te gaan met comfort van nu. Gratis ontbijt was een bonus en ze maken gebruik van gewoon servies en bestel ipv gebruikelijke wegwerp spul. Leuk hotel in prachtig pand.'
