'I waa warmly greeted by the young lady at the desk. She was friendly, Knowledgeable and easy to talk with. She gave us a rundown regarding breakfast and checkout times as well as snacks available. She also pointed out that she was there for us if we needed anything at all. We were promptly given a convenient first floor room that was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was extremely spacious and stocked with all of our needs: fresh towels and washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, lotion,...

'I have stayed in potentially thousands of hotel rooms over my 30+ years of travel both for business and personal and I can honestly say that this was the absolute worst experience in accommodations that I have ever experienced. Absolute filth and left me with 8 bug bites. From the broken toilet seat (which had not been cleaned), to the sewer flies, to the missing smoke detector, or the layers of apparent soap scum and mold in the tub. This was a horrific stay! Steer clear! '
