'Hele vriendelijke bediening. Keurige en ruime kamer. Goed bereikbaar.'

'They did not have a shuttle driver always available. It was an inconvenience to fly away. Had to Uber thinking I had a shovel service.'

'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'Great location. Nice room. One elevator did not work through the duration of the stay, but we never had to wait long. Restaurant food was average and overpriced. Staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. '

'We waren er op een vrijdag terwijl er een honkbal wedstrijd was, dus het was erg druk in het hotel. Zeker bij het ontbijt was het zoeken naar een tafeltje. Voor de rest een prima kamer.'

'Front staff desk was friendly. Pool is gross, not enough seating and always out of towels. Evening guest reception was odd but a nice gesture. Bartender very friendly. Breakfast selection was great! Employee at breakfast buffet scolded us for taking a long time (we did not take long, we were getting plates for 2 adults+3 kids). Valet took an hour to get our car - we used the text system and the valet desk said they didn't even have our car in the queue when we asked how much longer. He put us up...

'Very cute boutique hotel. Parking around the area was inconvenient but understandable in downtown. Valet is available as well as a parking garage on the next block. The restaurant is cute and the food was good but very limited selection. '

'The staff was very helpful and nice ! My stay was ok. The bathroom was not cleaned properly as there was a lot of hair on the floor and a few in the shower. The air quality of the room was very muggy. The gym was very nice with new equipment. '

'The breakfast menu was fresh and it is a walking distance from the arch and the fairy wheel.'

'Room was decent. Nothing spectacular but functional. A little small, but the mattress was great and the shower pressure was amazing. The staff and the amenities made the stay a 5 star! Friendly and helpful staff. Wine and snacks each night. The kids loved the breakfast and free fountain drinks. Very convenient to the metro and Union Station. We would stay here again!'

'Love how fun the hotel was. There is an art museum downstairs then the rooms are all colorful and so beautiful. The rooftop bar is next level and chill. They have comfy couches and go drinks and food with a wonderful view. Would 10/10 recommend staying here. Only downside is there’s no included breakfast but there is yummy restaurants near by.'

'Redelijk hitel. Kamers wel ongezellig en clean ingericht! Maar let op...parkeren kost 25$pd!! ...En als je geen auto he t, kijk goed je rekening na! Bij mij elke nacht 15$ gerekendvoor parkeren en ik had geen auto! Beetje naar gevoel van over gehouden . Al me alokhotelmaar voor die prijs wel gezelliger hotels i St Louis. Verder was de bar enkele dagen gesloten pw.'
