First and foremost, you need either chains or 4x4 to access the property. This should have been brought to the forefront of the listing. We had to drive back to Durango to purchase chains and put them on in the 25 degree cold. Second, this is not a 3 bedroom. It has a loft that is not accessible unless you are a kid. Therefore one of my family members had to sleep on the couch. You have to use a 27degree ladder to access it, there is no way to get your luggage to it (maybe a pully system). You literally have to use the hand railings to climb. The master bedroom was dirty, had no towel racks or toilet paper holder in the toilet closet. There were new towels, but needed to be washed first. There were no trash cans except in the kitchen. So we used plastic bags for our bathroom trash. There were no bedroom dressers, so we kept everything in our luggage. The windows had no coverings. At 6am when the sun came up it shined into the bedroom so you couldn't sleep in. Eventually used the towels to cover the windows. There was a reverse osmosis system that didn't work. The management did provide a water filtration pitcher. The master bathroom may have been recently updated, not sure but the shelves were covered in over spray or dust. The process of having to chain up ruined it. The fact there was no 3rd bedroom was disappointing and expensive.
