Private pool w/ tropical Oasis setting and minutes to Rainbow River access

Hiking, biking, walking, kayaking, tubing, boating, fishing, swimming, its all here. Begin your day sitting on the deck or beside the pool enjoying your morning coffee.
The Pool can be heated for $15 a night, $75 for the week and $125 for the month. The temperature is set at 83 degrees. It could go higher with lots of sun and use of the solar blanket. January we have some pretty cold days so I cannot heat unless a 2 week notice is given to guarantee heat to 83 degrees when you arrive. If the temperature stays below freezing for an extended time the pool cannot be heated. It is an electric heater. The pool cover will need to be rolled out at night and rolled up if swimming during the day.
We are located within the Rio Vista Community of Dunnellon. KP Hole and Rainbow River State Pare are close by. We are located within minutes of restaurants and shopping.
After a day of outside activities come sit poolside with your own outside bar area (BYOB), beverage cooler, TV, deck with a gas grill, and table for 6 for outside dining. Take a night swim in the pool using the beach entry.
There is a community park just a few minutes walk or rent the golf cart and drive it down with our kayaks or canoe to the boat ramp on the Rainbow River.
The house is decorated with a coastal cottage feel from the coffee bar to the picket fence headboard in the master bedroom. The living room furniture is very comfortable with and oversized recliner and U-shaped sectional. The front of the house has a glassed sunroom for added seating for your relaxation.
Both bedrooms have queen size beds and the sun room has a queen futon with its own air conditioner and heater. Master bathrooms has a tub/shower combo and guest bath has walk in shower.
We have xfinity Wi-Fi and smart TV. Netflix and fubo tv provided. We also have games, movies, and books for your entertainment.
Ocala and Crystal River are only 30 minutes away.
