'DO NOT DO IT! This place is dirty the staff are very rude and disrespectful, 2 guys that look like criminals were walking around with big alcohol bottles and drinking in the parking lot. I checked in and as soon as I saw how dirty it is I left right away and went to a different hotel. They still haven’t refunded me. 'Overall we had a great stay. Even though it is an older property it is well maintained. Location is wonderful, we biked the trail into Ottawa both days. You can bike either Ontario or Quebec side with numerous crossing options. We will return. '

'I think the Westin is beautiful located. The hotel is spacious, there is also a conference center. I stayed there prior to a grouptravel voyage and we used one of the large rooms off the conference center for a briefing. That fitted 200 persons easily. The rooms were nice and spacious. Comfortabele beds. '
