'The room was really nice and large. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was wonderful, delicious, hot, stocked, and a great variety!'

'Walls are basically curtains. Weird offset slats on the tops of the walls by the room so you can see light from the other rooms and hear EVERYTHING. Hearing the person in the next room toss and turn in bed. Some degenerate left baby batter in one of the toilets.'

'A little bit older property in a great location. There were many upgrades going on during our stay. The room was very nice... bed was comfortable. Quiet place while we were there. Really decent free breakfast options.'

'Pros: Friendly staff, clean room, comfy beds, nice deck, fluffy towels. Cons: Only one elevator - on the end of the hotel instead of in the middle. Breakfast was crowded as they have a small galley kitchen with barely enough room to make a waffle. They were also out of some basic food items the entire three times we went there. In order to watch YouTube or Prime you need to connect to the hotel's internet. But it disconnected more than 20 times over two days. This was extremely frustrating....

'The room decor does not make sense! More thought should have been put into planning it. There was a sofa that faced a closet style cabinet and a desk (with 2/4 dead outlets!) One quarter of a VERY large screen tv was visible directly ahead in this area, because it was hung mostly in front of the bedroom area, but off to one side, rather than centered to the room. There was a microwave / refrigerator furniture piece. The door on the refrigerator was not reversed to match the hinging on the...

'Cute little place on Lake Superior! The place was very clean and the staff was very kind & helpful. The hotel has a popcorn bar with fixings from 4-7pm in the lobby and smores in the evening out on the patio area, both were a great “free” perk! Only things that weren’t great was that the hot tub is pretty small (capacity of 5 people) and the balconies don’t have a lot of privacy. Otherwise a very nice stay!'

'Nice and new parking lot. The check-in process was fast and friendly. Elevators were clean, hallways were clean and fresh smelling, nice rooms, love the heat and air control options (digital and in the wall not the unit). Excellent breakfast options, liked that you could use the lobby for eating, outdoor fireplace and patio for eating and relaxing, very nice pool and even more importantly the hot tub was functional and actually hot.'

'Clean room, good breakfast, nice staff but they seemed a bit annoyed because I asked to check in 15 minutes before 3:00. We waited in the lobby and when I heard them checking someone in I went back and then was given a room.'

'parking was fantastic. Room was very spacious and clean. Bathroom was big. #5 is on the second floor. Nice view of the lift bridge and a nice view of Lake Superior from the small balcony. We did take a sauna.'
