'The location of the River Inn is excellent. It is in a nice neighborhood, with like a 20-30 mins walk to the DC Mall. There are multiple restaurants and super markets relatively close. The hotel itself also contains an Italian restaurant that was fine, the breakfast is also there. The staff of the hotel is helpful and the rooms are clean and big. The room contains a lot of extra facilities such as cooking facilities. We had a great stay. '

'Our phone was broken and there was no water in the room (we had a suite). The rooms are getting a bit run down could use a refresh. When I turned the lock to open the bar the whole thing came apart! responded very quickly to our needs. '
