Apartments Old town top spot are located in the heart of the Old Town of Dubrovnik. There are two apartments that have inside connecting door in case of larger group booking both. Each apartment is suitable for max. 4 people. These unique apartment have the best advantage that some apartment in Dubrovnik Old town can have - not a lot of stairs! Situated on the first floor, each one is spreading on around 41 m2. First floor means one floor above ground floor where is main entrance to building. Apartments consist of living room area, bedroom equipped with a king-size bed 180x200 cm as well as with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a shower. Elegant furniture and modern design make this apartment a pleasant and charming stay. Every apartment offers free WiFi, two air conditions, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, two flat screen TVs, microwave. The apartments are not adapted for wheelchair users, as there are stairs (15 steps total) to the first floor with no elevator.

Perfectly located, Apartments Old town top spot are situated just a few steps away from Stradun, the main street in Dubrovnik Old town, numerous restaurants, beaches, galleries and all the historical monuments and museums. The House is easily accessible from all the entrances to the Old Town – less then 5 minutes by foot. Unfortunately, house is not accessible by car, as the cars are not allowed to enter the historic center of Dubrovnik.
