Situated in the very heart of the Old Town, this newly constructed one-bedroom apartment is just a minute walk from the main street Stradun, restaurants, night life and events. Modern furnishing and an unique location best describe this property that offers comfort and intimacy.


The apartment features one bedroom, one bathroom, a dining/living area and table for four. One pull out sofa bed in the living room can accommodate one additional guest. There is a well-equipped kitchen with oven, fridge, kettle and a coffee machine. From the living room a glass door opens onto a small balcony which overlooks the rooftops, city walls and enchanting streets of Old Town. Amenities include A/C (bedroom and living room), Wireless Internet access, SAT TV, Hi-Fi sound system, hair dryer, iron, ironing board and a safety deposit box. This apartment does not have a parking place. Hedera A31 and Hedera A5 are in the same building next door and can accommodate up to 9 guests.


This property is ideal for those who wish to be in the center with everything it has to offer. There are 3,5 flights of stairs leading to the apartment, which is located on the top floor of the building. Combined with apartments Hedera A5, A6, A34 and A19 they can sleeps up to 25 guests.

Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnik’s Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area.

Hedera A31 can accommodate up to 2 (+1*) guests, with the possibility to accommodate 1 additional guest on the sofa bed in the living room. Use of a sofa bed costs 30 € per person per night.

NOTE: Breakfast served at nearby restaurant is included in the price. Guests will receive vouchers at the check in.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00 which is official check in time. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare the property for you. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet, feel free to leave your luggage at our luggage storage, located at Čubranovićeva 11a street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
