Apartment MARIALBA in our stone family house surrounded by garden, in elite part of Dubrovnik, Ploce, only 150 m walking distance from the Old Town and the popular town beach Banje has sea view, island Lokrum and Dubrovnik Old Town and city walls view.
It is air conditioned and has wi-fi internet connection.The parking place for our guests is free, BUT IT IS NECESSARY TO RESERVE IT WHEN BOOKING THE APARTMENT.
All important monuments, galleries, churches, restaurants, caffe bars, performances are on a short walking distance.
Cable car station is 150m from the apartment as well as the bus stop of City bus No 8 (to Gruz - port of Dubrovnik) and No 5 (to Lapad peninsula).

MARIALBA is on 2 levels:
Kitchen, dining-living area, one bathroom, downstairs, as well as the bedroom (2 twin beds together + single bed) with balcony.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms (1/2 room and 1 single room) ante-room with a couch, small table and satellite TV.

There is also one bathroom (with washing machine) upstairs.
From the roof windows the view extends from the islands in the east to Dubrovnik western part, with Minceta and St. Lawrence fortresses.

This is an excellent location; Airport Shuttle drops you a flat 4minute walk from the apartment, and the entrance to the cable car is next to the airport shuttle stop. The apartment is accurate as the photos and descriptions in the listing. The host is very generous and prompt in their responses to any question or request that we had. While not inside the old port, it’s very nearby and much more quiet as a result. Also if steps are a problem you can walk a bit further around and eliminate most all of the stairs.

The property was really good and the hosts very kind. It was a short walk to the old town and to the cable car. The air conditioning makes a big difference in the summer. There were also all the appliances needed to cook food at the accommodation.

Great location with parking

Overall, a great stay given close proximity to the city and assigned parking which is rare in the area. Marked off a start due to noticing that quite a few of the dishes in the kitchen were unfortunately dirty. Additionally, there was an issue with the shower head not working properly but Marija and family were quick in finding a temporary solution which we appreciated. We felt very welcomed in Dubrovnik, hvala!

This apartment is an excellent choice if you are visiting Dubrovnik. It's location is really amazing with incredible views of the old city and Lokrum island. Its only a few minutes walk to the old city and beach, grocery shopping, restaurants, etc... The hosts Marija and Serg are very kind and will provide plenty of touristic information on where to go and what to see during your visit. Having your own parking spot included is a big plus if you have a car as parking close to the old city is very difficult. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Dubrovnik. A+++

We enjoyed our stay. Loved having 2 bathrooms with 4 of us. My girls had the whole upstairs. Location is close to everything! You don’t need a car. The towels and sheets could use updating. We also had trouble with the washing machine. We needed someone to stop by and show us. We tried everything. I was told we’re smart and should be able to figure it out!! They never stopped by. I would stay here again for the price, location and spaciousness.

This apartment worked well for us.

My wife and I were joined by one of our daughters. Dubrovnik was searingly hot and humid, but the ac worked well, the washer was good, and the showers were also good (although hot water was short-lived). The location is good, but do expect to climb hills from Old Town Dubrovnik to get to the apartment.

La gentillesse et les conseils de Serge, l' emplacement idéal de l appartement à proximité de la plage et de la vieille ville et la place de parking (dont il ne faut pas oublier de préciser la réservation) nous ont permis de passer un excellent séjour. Room with a view Dubrovnik. Amazing location.

You will not find a better place to stay while staying in Dubrovnik. Sergio and Maria’s lovely home is located just a few steps above Banji Beach and a quick 5-10min walk from the heart of the old city. I highly recommend staying here. Ice cold AC in each room and a private terrace and balcony with a view. Plenty of room for a party of 4-5.

Excellent location and hosts

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment which was ideally located for the old town, beach, cable car and supermarket. The hosts were so helpful. They organised taxis, gave advice on times to visit places, explained where the supermarket and beach were and were generally lovely. The apartment has a pretty outside dining area where we ate breakfast and lunch as well as a balcony off the main bedroom. It's 5-10 mins walk from the old town where there are loads of great restaurants.

Convenient & close to everything

This was a great spot near Old Town and walking distance to many many things including the port for excursions, restaurants, Banje beach, Cable car etc. Bus stop is close by if you'd like to use that. Uber/taxi were very affordable. We had a little issue with the bathroom but the host was very responsive. Only thing that could have been improved was if there was a mini split in the main floor bedroom.

Perfect Getaway

We loved our stay. The views are beautiful and the property is close to walk to old town, grocery, restaurants and public transportation. The hosts are a great family dedicated to provide anything needed for a wonderful experience. The property itself is comfortable and spacious with great showers, comfy beds and AC if needed (nice breeze from the sea was wonderful). Dedicated parking was a huge huge help.Highly recommend a stay here!

Fantastic Location

Lovely accommodation with plenty of room for the four of us. The hosts were great and we had everything we needed for our 10 days in Dubrovnik. The location is fantastic, just a short walk into the old town and Banje Beach. It was so nice to relax on the balcony and enjoy the stunning view over Lokrum Island (well worth a visit, it's beautiful). Would highly recommend this accommodation and hosts, we all had a fantastic time!

Sehr schöne Wohnung oberhalb der Altstadt. Schöner Ausblick vom Balkon. Kurzer Fußweg runter zur Altstadt oder auch zum Strand. Wohnung mit 3 Zimmern und 2 Bädern und Küche. Auch eine außen Sitzbereich nutzbar. Sehr familiäre und liebe Gastgeber. Ideale Standpunkt für eine Städtereise.

Emplacement idéal à proximité immédiate de la vieille ville et de la plage, avec vue sur les remparts. Belle terrasse très agréable. Appartement spacieux et entièrement climatisé. Everything was amazing. Incredibly convenient location to both old town, the beach, and nearby markets. Very spacious apartment with plenty of beds, even though we only used 1. The view was spectacular. Super easy check in and out. We loved this location so much I would easily recommend it to my friends.
