Beautiful Townhouse In Fantastic Area Of Dublin City!

Wonderfully located and spacious property with roof garden views across to St Patrick's Cathedral. A short walk to City Centre or to Phoenix Park and close to trendy Stoneybatter with all amenities incl 24hour shop.

This is perfect location for visiting the city and benefits from being in very quiet area in very safe neighbourhood.

Don’t Waste Your Money
I’m writing this review simply to inform other travelers to seek a home elsewhere. The photos of this property appear pristine and worth the listed price point, but unfortunately the opposite in person. My family arrived to this home surprised by a foul, musty and moldy smell followed by dirty, untidy, and poor conditions on the inside. The carpeting is aged and dirty with stains, the kitchen has a cabinet with rusted, moldy contents, used containers/wrappers not thrown out, and the ceiling has stains from water damage and a light fixture not properly set so it dangles from above. The 2nd bedroom (not featured in the photos) does not have a working light with an extra mattress propped against the wall, and finally the bathroom shower has untreated mold growth and the toilet is not fastened to the floor properly in the front with water leaking after each use towards your feet. My family and I left the property same day and did not continue our stay and communicated the issues to Vrbo and the host. Only positive is the host’s communication of instructions for check-in, but I had to reach out for them first. Please book elsewhere to enjoy Ireland.

Long weekend in Stoneybatter
Excellent location on a quiet side street in a hip, but not touristy, neighborhood with good pubs and restaurants, and only about a 20 min. walk to the city centre. The townhouse has a kind of quirky charm, unlike any other vacation rental we've stayed in. Our only complaint was the low water pressure in the shower, which could be rectified by a shower head replacement. Our host Helen was kind enough to allow us an early check-in on our arrival, which was much appreciated.

Nice, comfortable house in a great location
The unit is very clean and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Grocery stores, shops, downtown, Guinness Store House and the killingham jail, Art museum are all within walking distance. We enjoyed staying here. Host is very pleasant. Thankyou Helen!

Outstanding location and host; shower could be improved
The location of this unit in the Stoneybatter neighborhood of Dublin is excellent; easy walking distance from lots of shops and restaurants, and only about 2 km from the Temple Bar area. The host responded within a few minutes to all of our inquiries, including helping us by paying for street parking near the unit when we couldn't figure out the parking restrictions and how to enroll in the Dublin parking permit system. The unit was clean, comfortably slept our family of 4, and came stocked with coffee, a few staples, and enough kitchenware to cook simple meals. The kitchen included a dishwasher, toaster, refrigerator and stove but no microwave oven. Our only complaint about the unit was the shower: the temperature fluctuated from scalding to freezing every 30 seconds or so, and adjusting the knob seemed to make little difference. This made taking showers a challenging experience, as one could only rinse during the 10-second windows between too hot and too cold. Otherwise, we had a fantastic stay in the unit and would definitely stay there again.
