Summary:

Our charming 1 bedroom apartment is located on the 4th floor. Greeted by the 24/7 hrs concierge as you walk in, other treats include a gym, sauna and swimming pool, so if your family or friends annoy you, you know where to send them.



With a spacious open plan dining/sitting room (complete with satellite T.V.), there is a dining table to enjoy your meals while the views out of the huge windows onto the the balcony which is great to enjoy the morning coffee. There are also some golf course views. We’ve even installed free WIFI to catch up on emails and social media for you.



The kitchen is fully stocked with all the equipment you need to make a meal even Gordon Ramsay would be proud of. We've designed it to offer all the creature comforts but with an element of 'cuteness'. There is a washing machine also installed which will come in useful for you, I’m sure.



The apartment fits 4 people comfortably, we'll leave you to fight over who has which bed:

As part of your stay, hotel grade bed linens and towels are provided to give you that extra bit of comfort. We have even gone the extra mile to supply some initial toiletries including shampoo, soaps (and much more), as well as consumables such as tea and coffee, with enough to get you started until you can get to a supermarket.



You also have a private car parking space and you will find a super market, restaurants and other useful shops within walking distance or a short drive. Els Club golf course is 5 min drive away.

⋆ Personal Information: Please provide the home address, email address, and passport copies for all guests at least 24 hours before check-in. Failure to do so will result in an inability to check in.

⋆ Booking changes are not guaranteed and depend on the host’s discretion.

⋆ Early Communication Request: We kindly ask that you share any concerns or issues with us directly, giving us the opportunity to promptly assist you.

⋆ Key Policy: AED 1,000 charge per lost key or key card. A call-out fee of AED 500 applies for door opening due to lost keys, in addition to the key replacement cost.

⋆ Smoking Policy: Strictly non-smoking inside the apartment; AED 2,500 charge for smoking violations.

⋆ Staining Charges: Minimum AED 250 charge for any stains on furniture or linen requiring professional cleaning.

⋆ Late Checkout: AED 250 fee for late checkouts past 11 AM, if approved in advance.
