***Important Check-in Information***

Providing your approximate arrival time is essential to ensure access to the property, as check-in is conducted in person. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to Midnight. Check-ins post midnight is available at an additional cost



• Any additional cleaning services mid-stay will incur an extra charge/fee.

• Standard check-out time is no later than 11:00 AM. If guests want a late checkout, depending on availability, there will be an additional charge.

• Any last-minute extensions will incur additional charges for cleaning cancellation.

• Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of 500 AED per card.
