Service was erg traag. Ik heb 3x in 12 uur moeten vragen voor een extra deken. Hygiëne is afschuwelijk. De bekers worden met water onder de wasbak van de kamer schoongemaakt, 2x in een week vergeten schoon te maken, en een dag tot 5pm de kamer niet schoongemaakt.

I booked a non smoking room, but they put me in an smoking room. My mom got sick because of the smoke. Everything went wrong in the hotel. Will never go back to this hotel

Top hotel
Heel fijne ligging, kamer goed in orde en personeel heel vriendelijk Het Hotel is bijzonder geschikt om een nacht te verblijven. Het centrum vam Dubia is erg gezellig, vooral bij terrasjesweer! Perfecte locatie in Dubia met zijn geweldige nachtleven.

Locatie prima. Vlakbij Dubai Mall en Burj Khalifa. Prijs te hoog voor de kwaliteit. Smiddags geen warm water voor bad. Ze vergeten kopjes en koffie aan te vullen/vervangen. Oude handdoeken.

The location was convenient. The room and shower was not very clean. Dusty/dirty floors and stains on the bed cushion. TV and some plug outlets did not work. Only 1 operational lift. We were not told that the swimming pool was closed/under construction. We were double charged a holding fee that has been voided but I have not received the funds (3 days later).

The hotel was nice overall, but the service was lacking. Our heat wasn’t working and made a request for someone to look at it. Nobody ever showed. Made a request for an iron. Had to phone a second time and it eventually showed up 5 hours later from first phone call. Breakfast option was buffet or room service - nothing in between. When you phoned room service, they tried to get you to go to the buffet. Bar service wasnt good. They were charging $13 CAN for a 3 oz glass of wine , and most drinks were unavailable Poor was not available and under construction but it wasn’t mentioned on the website when we booked. Hotel was nice but the amenities and service were poor. Also, the hotel is right beside a major hwy so quite noisy at night.

It was absolutely awful. The stuff weren't helpful and the reception was not welcoming. never recommended it to any one. Avoid it at any cost. I came to them as their name is good in London and I have been in Millennium hotel in London but it is a much difference between them.

Expect to be treated like a daily asset not as a guest. USLESS front desk manager. Rooms need a major renovation especially the bathrooms. Employees need to use the service elevator or be more polite when guest around in an enclosed area as such, and please someone allow them to shower and wash the uniforms in the hotel. The BO was unbearable….

Dirty i found a condom and lubricant in my bed upon arrival when i checked in my room . The staff isn't friendly and it wasn't worth my money the beds are hard as a brick . I couldn't stay there after one night because i had paid in advance my back was killing me so i checked out the next day just a terrible experience

Is so close to the Dubai Mall, you can walk if you want to. The only thing I would complain about is the shower water temperature control, it was very hard to set the right one.

The hotel team just waiting for guest to check their rooms facilities. As none of them working early. Guests should call and and ask for correct kettle, remote battery, hair dryer, safe battery, air condition controller and etc. The worse experience was for us.
