Passport Copies: In compliance with local regulations, we kindly request that all guests provide soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date. This is required to facilitate a seamless check-in process with the building concierge and to register your stay with Dubai tourism authorities.



Access Cards: Please ensure that all access cards are returned in good condition upon check-out. A replacement fee of AED 500 per card will apply in the event of loss or damage.



Check-in & Check-out Times: Our standard check-in time is from 4:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM. To allow for a seamless transition for our next guests, we kindly ask that you adhere to this time.
