Mooie ruime kamers, zeer proper. Alle voorzieningen aanwezig. Kamers zijn eigenlijk perfect. Ontbijt was pover. Zwembad(en) stellen niets voor, niet verfrissend genoeg met 32 graden. En wie op etage 40 ligt moet al eens lang wachten op een beschikbare lift. Ook de locatie tov burj, Jumeirah, the Palm is niet ideaal ... luchthaven is wel snel bereikbaar...

After being forced by the room-cleaning personnel to write a 5 star review, I decided to tell the truth. This hotel is truly terrible. First when you come in they try to sell you more expensive rooms. You have to do your best to decline that. They are supposed to be non-smoking. They gave us a stinking, dirty, smoke apartment. They told us that the apartment with kitchen was unavailable. But it was available, but they locked the kitchen room in our apartment so we can not get in, but it we did pay for it! They charged us more than 200 euro per person for a moderate dinner with new year, the biggest scam ever. You can eat at the best restaurants in the world for that money. But they force you or they won't book your room. Personnel is rude, nothing is allowed in the hotel. They are not friendly. You can't even take a coffee to your room. The Spa costs you extra money, and they keep turning the steam room off so they won't have to pay much electricity costs. You have to ask them 5 times to turn it on. The personnel waiting at the taxi-place force you to take a private taxi. Which is 3 times the price of a regular taxi. They get angry at you if you don't take it. Massages are expensive. The lounge is extremely expensive. They will never get enough. They have a lobby of about 500m2, but a restaurant for breakfast soo small, you have to wait in line every morning for your breakfast. We had a apartment at a high floor, with a great view. To bad the windows were soo extrem

My go to hotel
This is my go to hotel every time I’m in Dubai, I love the cleanliness of the hotel, the spacious apartment, the location and the quiet atmosphere. Another reason why I always stay here is because of the staff, I appreciate how attentive they are and the service they provide is impeccable.

The staff was amazing, helpful, friendly and accommodating. We had problems with a neighbor on our first night, and they willingly changed our room. Food was always fresh. Building was clean and fresh.

From the moment of arriving at check-in until last day, I rarely saw a smile. They are also very stingy with amenities in the room. No bathrobes, no toothbrush, really poor quality towels, only 1 glass in an apartment room. Overall, a great building with average service

My Stay at Hyatt Regency Dubai Creek
Well I enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Regency. My room was as expected from the pictures I have seen prior to booking. But two area the hotel management have improve is first staff friendliness a lot of times the employees would work pass you without greetings and secondly the breakfast there’re a lot of options per say but almost all the times the varieties are mostly concentrated to the south asian continent and as an international hotel that welcomes guest from all over the world that has to change. Apart from that I enjoyed my stay. And I wouldn’t mind visiting again.

Very spacious apartments with cleaning service daily! The rooms are nice and new. Breakfast buffet is great with plenty of options and a menu that changes daily. Apartment room has dishwasher, full kitchen, washer and dryer combo unit. There is no dishwasher or washing detergent provided so you will need to buy or bring your own. Bottled water is free and provided daily per your request. Several pharmacies are nearby within walking distance, as well as a convenience store in the lobby and within walking. We took Uber or taxi's everywhere; there is always a taxi available in the lobby. Metro stop is nearby about an 8 minute walk. Main issue is a SLOW ELEVATOR. There are only 4 elevators that serve all the floors but they are slow speed elevators. During peak hours, expect to spend 10minutes waiting and traveling in the elevators.

Excellent service, room service was excellent, breakfast buffet was the best we ever had, provided unlimited water bottles for drinking during our stay, will definitely be staying again on our next visit. 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable with all the amenities, washer and dryer worked well. Room service was excellent, tried all the food and could eat it everyday! Coffee was also superb. Can’t rave enough. Just a Gem!!!

Amazing Room
Check-in time was not supposed to be until 15:00, but we were checked in and given the keys to our room on arrival early morning. The highlight of our stay was the 'amazing' room/apartment which had everything you could hope for with fantastic space / decor and facilities. Everyone working at the hotel was friendly courteous and couldn't do enough to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Breakfast was delicious with a vast selection of foods despite the obvious lack of bacon, sausages etc due to the location. Special shout out to the staff at the Spa, Swimming Pool and La Tablita Mexican Restaurant who couldn't do enough to make our stay as relaxing as possible. The only criticisms I have are; The lifts can take a while to arrive, and the cost of alcohol (although this is the same everywhere in Dubai). Overall I would highly recommend.
