2) No pets allowed as per building regulations.
3) No parties or loud gatherings (the security team is quite strict).
4) Please avoid stains on the sofa, mattress, or carpet to keep everything clean and comfortable.
5) There is a garbage room on the floor —please dispose of your trash there and avoid leaving it outside the apartment door.

Parking: Only use the designated parking space provided. If you have a car, please share the car details in advance to ensure access to the parking area.

Check-out: By 11:00 AM

You will be staying in someone’s home, and we kindly ask you to treat it with the same care you would your own. Please note that this is a residential building, not a hotel, so there is no housekeeping, concierge, or luggage storage available.
