The villa features 5 spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide privacy and relaxation. All bedrooms come with an en-suite bathroom, offering convenience and comfort for every guest. The fifth bedroom, versatile in its purpose, is ideal for children or a nanny.

The villa comfortably accommodates 10 to 12 guests, with the flexibility to add up to two extra airbeds in shared areas, perfect for larger groups. The open and airy layout ensures that everyone has ample space to unwind, whether it's in the bedrooms, common areas, or outdoor spaces.

The house has 2 private parking spots directly at your front door.
Other things to note
There’s a private pool conveniently located just next door to the house. Although it's a modest 10 meters long, the surrounding area features concrete walls and lacks greenery, making it more functional 'cool down pool' than visually appealing. However, your kids are sure to enjoy splashing around! A safety attendant is present all day to keep an eye on them, ensuring a secure experience.

As Dubai continues to grow and flourish, construction is a regular part of the city's landscape, especially in prime locations like Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). While I strive to provide a comfortable stay, occasional construction noise near the property is beyond my control and is not grounds for a refund. Thank you for understanding and embracing Dubai's dynamic spirit during your visit!

Please take note that Partying and Smoking is strictly not allowed. Consider the neighbours are not happy about the New Sharing Economy. We should respect normal house rules.

My property offers a fully equipped kitchen where you can cook your own meals and enjoy them in the dining area. You will find everything you need, from pots and pans to cutlery and crockery. We also provide salt & pepper, enveloped tea bags, coffee, Nespresso capsules and sugar sachets.

We understand the joy of celebrating special occasions! Parties or events at the property may be considered. We kindly ask you to discuss your plans with us in advance for approval and to ensure all arrangements align with our policies.
