Please note that the private swimming pool is not temperature controlled (not heated or chilled). Water temperature may vary depending on the season and weather conditions 🌤️.
The pool is regularly maintained to ensure it stays clean and safe for use. Scheduled cleaning visits take place every Tuesday and Friday between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. During this time, a maintenance technician may need access to the pool area.

★ REGISTRATION OF TRAVELERS ★
We will require passport copies (or Emirates ID) from all travelers and visitors at least 24 hours in advance to register your stay with community/building security 🛂. We cannot guarantee your arrival if copies of your identification documents are not provided on time ⏳.

★ ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES ★
Standard check-in time is 3 p.m. onwards, and check-out time is 11 a.m. 🕚. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional charges 💼!

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance 🛡️. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out 🧼.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home 🚭! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning 🛋️. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a fine of AED 2500 💸.

★ ACCESS CARD ★
Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check-out 🎫. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per card.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits 🙏.
